Project Overview

Manuel & Thompson (M&T) are injury lawyers serving Northwest Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. When M&T came to me in 2022, they lacked an established online presence and struggled to make their video content feel modern. After establishing project goals with M&T, we decided to focus heavily on social media, with a major emphasis on creating authentic, consistent content that people could relate to. In just one year, I increased their social media engagement by 141% between Facebook and Instagram through original local content, social media giveaways, employee spotlights, weekly campaigns, and more. In addition to social media, I also write and design M&T's quarterly newsletter and manage their television media buys. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the growth in positive awareness for Manuel & Thompson and look forward to continuing our partnership together.

Social Media Marketing

+ Monday Morning Coffee—A digital “coffee date” campaign that features one or more attorneys casually discussing relevant local or national events or providing legal tips to their followers in a 60-second video every Monday.

+ Follower Increase—I increased their social media following by over 140% in one year, and currently they’re continuing to grow.

Brand Redevelopment

+ Brand Revamp—I worked directly with a brand designer to elevate & expand their existing visual brand through a cohesive color palette, additional logo variations, typography structure, and more for more flexibility and consistency.

Sponsorships & Community Involvement

+ Sponsorship & Community Liaison—I am the point of contact for handling all sponsorship logistics.

+ Marketing Material Creation—From banners to program ads, and more, I create and provide the graphics needed for sponsorships.

Positive Reputation Management

+ Google Reviews—I created a system to increase positive Google reviews using a Google sheet resource to guide their clients through the review process.

+ Best of Bay—I spearheaded a campaign surrounding Best of Bay 2023, focusing on raising awareness, encouraging community votes, and boosting employee morale to get involved, resulting in a more engaging win for the Best Law Firm of 2023.
